Sarah Hargrave
OWNER + PRINCIPAL DESIGNER
After spending a decade in real estate finance and founding her own build and design firm in 2013, Sarah has cultivated undeniable expertise in the construction and furnishing of a home. What began as a one-woman design studio quickly became an entire collective of experts and a brick-and-mortar that fueled Sarah’s passions. As owner and principal designer, Sarah oversees projects and leads her beloved team in every aspect of the business. She specializes in luxury new construction, renovations, and interior furnishings projects. The Collective storefront is the embodiment of Sarah’s aesthetic and her foundational beliefs about home—that it should be inviting, attainable, and unique. Her passion for antiques, unique furnishings, and promoting emerging and established artists are evident as soon as you walk through the doors.

Sarah is a graduate of Texas A&M University and lives in Dallas with her husband Erik and their dogs, Pippen, Kershaw and Molly.
Meet the Design Team
Hannah White
SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER
With eight years of experience in high-end residential design in Dallas, Hannah has a refined eye for detail and a passion for timeless interiors. She holds a Bachelor of Interior Design with a minor in Architecture from Texas Tech University and studied abroad in Italy, where she developed a deep appreciation for classical design and craftsmanship. Specializing in curated furniture and finishes, she balances classic elegance with fresh, playful touches. Known for her creativity, Hannah enjoys designing custom pieces that make each space unique and thoughtfully tailored to her clients' vision.

Victoria Morgan
ASSOCIATE DESIGNER
As our youngest addition to the interiors team Victoria, brings a fresh outlook on design. She is a recent graduate from TCU with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design with an emphasis on Architectural Lighting Design. She is proficient with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Enscape and has interned for notable designers. She loves all things creative and believes that the details in design are so important. Being from New Orleans, Louisiana, she has grown up with French-style architecture and strong cultural influences.

Taylor Cunningham
STUDIO DESIGNER
Born and raised in Dallas, Taylor attended The University of Mississippi where she earned a degree in Integrated Marketing Communications. Taylor worked for a custom furniture manufacturing company and developed a deep love, knowledge, and experience with every aspect of the custom furniture process. She has a passion for designing pieces that incorporate different periods and styles - for timeless one-of-a-kind furnishings. Taylor assists our design team, other designers, and our retail clients by sketching the piece they envision for their space, helping them select finishes, and more.

Elizabeth Savard
PROCUREMENT AND LOGISTICS COORDINATOR
With a background in corporate project management and a lifelong passion for interiors and architecture, Elizabeth found her path in interior design procurement, where creativity and organization meet. She brings thoughtful design sensibility and operational expertise to every project, guiding ideas from concept through installation with care and precision. Known for her collaborative, detail-oriented approach, she manages sourcing, logistics, and quality control to ensure seamless execution. Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys antiquing and restoring her 100-year-old home, drawing inspiration from timeless design and craftsmanship.
